Tickets Terms & Conditions

Tickets are non-refundable and will not be exchanged by AMC Promotions.

All Tickets are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before purchase, and raise any queries with AMC Promotions before purchase. Your purchase of a Ticket constitutes Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Reselling of tickets is illegal. Should a ticket be re sold or transferred for financial gain by anyone the ticket will be voiced and the holder will be refused entry or ejected from the event.

It is Your responsibility to check Your Tickets as if You have made a mistake, it can not always be rectified after purchase. Please check Your Tickets on receipt carefully and contact AMC Promotions immediately if there is a mistake.

You must produce a valid Ticket to gain access to an Event and You must keep possession of such Ticket at all times during the Event.  Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. AMC Promotions will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.

The ticketholder shall be entitled to a refund in respect of the ticket if the event is cancelled in its entirety prior to the commencement of the event for reason(s) that are within the reasonable control of AMC Promotions or where the Event is cancelled or postponed through no fault of AMC Promotions or their secondary organiser to include pandemic, bad weather or outside sources out of the control of AMC Promotions.
