EVENT INFORMATION
Location
The track is situated on the Abingdon Airfield. Please use What3Words: crowds.grub.blasted or the nearest postcode is OX13 6JA.
If you are coming to the track via the A34 North bound, please come off at the Abingdon Junction, take the first exit on Marcham Road, roughly 450 yards on your right is a turning for Faringdon Road. Then take the first right and the entrance to the track is roughly 400 yards on your left.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 20MPH SPEED LIMIT ON SITE ANYONE SEEN TO BE SPEEDING WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND. PLEASE RESPECT WE ARE ON MILITARY GROUNDS.
Gate Opening & Closing Times
Friday 21st March – 12.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday 22nd March – 7.00am to 10.00pm
Sunday 23rd March – 7.00am to 10.00pm
Please do not arrive before this time as access to the site is from the times stipulated. If you arrive early please find somewhere local to park until the site is open. As we are on military grounds we must adhere to the times including the gate closing time. No exceptions.
Welcome Centre Opening & Closing Times
At the welcome centre please stop and see the ladies there who will check you in and sort any additional passes. They will then notify the team so we can assist with parking. Signing on will take place within the paddock area at the NORA Motorsport Easy Up.
Friday 21st March – 12.00pm to 8.00pm
Saturday 22nd March – 7.00am to 6.00pm
Sunday 23rd March – 7.00am to 3.00pm
Signing On Times
This will take place at the NORA Motorsport easy up within the paddock area at the following times.
Friday 21st March – 4.00pm to 8.00pm
Saturday 22nd March – 7.00am to 8.00am | 4.00pm to 6.00pm for Pro’s
Sunday 23rd March – 7.00am to 8.00am for Pro’s
Important Notices
NO Electric Bikes are permitted at the event – If you are caught using a Electric Bike you will be asked the first time to put it away in the van. If caught again you will be asked to leave the event.
NO Jet Washing on the Road/Runway – Anyone caught jet washing on the road/runway will be subject to a £50.00 fine. Failure to comply you will lose all points for the event.
Dogs Must be on Leads – No exceptions, all dogs must be on leads at all times.
Speed Limit on Site – There is a 20mph speed limit enforce from the entrance to welcome centre then 10mph once you are in the event site.
First Lap of Practice – The first lap of practice for all groups will be carried out under waved yellow flags. When you reach the Clerk of the Course with the waved green flag your practice will begin.
NO Drugs – Strictly no drugs onsite at all!
NO Riding in the Paddock – Strictly no riding of bikes within the paddock. You can have the bike running but must be walked. Anyone caught riding by an Official will be subject to a penalty at the event.
NO Parents or Mechanic on the Start – The start area is a prohibited area. Only Riders and Officials allowed. The Start Officials will assist Small Wheel 85cc riders with start devices ONLY!
Podium Presentation
The podium presentation will take place 15 minutes after the last race on Sunday. Holeshot Prizes can be collected throughout the day on Sunday from the NORA Motorsport Easy Up.
